Be aware of your social media usage. The more we use social media the less happy we seem to be and the more we compare our lives to others. Rather than connecting on social media, make a conscious decision to check in with a friend with a phone call, have the conversation & make the connection.

Easy Peasey Fancy French Toast


  • Your choice of good quality bread (this is a heavy rye loaf)
  • An egg
  • Cinnamon


  1. Whisk egg and cinnamon together
  2. Dunk sliced bread in egg mix until fully coated
  3. Cook in pan until golden each side
  4. Serve with toppings of choice (I like plain yoghurt, blueberries, chopped hazelnuts and a drizzle of maple syrup)
  5. ENJOY!
