Find a spot on the floor & take a 5 minute stretch. Often stretching gets overlooked and only used as a warm up or a cool down, when actually a stretch can do wonders for your health, so find your spot on the floor, crank up the music and stretch away any tension in your muscles.
Today’s Healthy Bite
Chia seeds, although tiny in size are super powerful when it comes to nutrition. They’re a great source of omega – 3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants & even provide, fibre, iron & calcium.
Recipe for Chia Breakfast Cups
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 4 tbsp white chia seeds
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Honey to sweeten
Blend liquids together, then stir in the chia seeds. Pour the mixture into your jars & refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Rest your forearms on a couch or bed with your knees on the floor. Push with your arms and legs until your knees are up and your back is straight.
