Evening munchies is a real problem! Rather than opting for the chips, think ahead & prepare and chop a few veggie sticks, perfect with humous!
Today’s 2-minute workout
Balance on one foot with your back to a couch or chair. Lower yourself down as slowly as possible until sitting. Get back up (using both feet!) and swap legs.
