The model is based around 100m2 to 150m2 of retail space with alfresco dining attached.
Ideal capital investment is between $270,000 – $360,000 +GST as a ‘turnkey’ solution.
We recommend working capital of $20,000 – $25,000 and typically you will have to place a bond or bank guarantee of 3 months rent.
Ongoing monthly fees are:
Management Fee 5% – For use of intellectual property, systems, manuals, recipes and designs.
Marketing Fee 2% – Paid by all franchisees to collectively fund marketing and promotional activity.
